Become Beaver – III Batch

This Program is a new find of Maven. This training talks about the Specialty of the American Beaver which lives in North America. This Beaver’s qualities have a strong connection with the corporate disciplines which is needed for an employee to turn out of the leader. 

Training Objectives:

  1. To understand that, an animal’s existence leaves a lot of self leadership skills and practices. 
  2. To know the super good skills of an American Beaver and develop those skills in your life.
  3. To realize that, it is better to become a beaver now and then try to be a lion to lead.
  4. To believe survival skills are the key to face this pandemic situation.

Leadership Skills through Ship

  3. To know some interesting facts about Ship, Captain and its connection towards leadership.
  4. To learn the concept “Ladder of Focus” in leadership to be a good captain of your team ship.

The train the trainer model provides an effective strategy to equip employees and subject matter experts with new knowledge on how to teach others and how to foster an environment where everybody feels welcome to improve their skills.
